Brian Satterlee (Ed.D., D.B.A.) has been teaching college-level courses continuously since 1980, specializing in higher education, strategic management, international business, and leadership/management. A member of the Oxford Round Table, he has authored books in the areas of Strategic Management, Non-Profit Management, Knowledge Management, E-Commerce, and International Business as well as contributing to Annual Editions in the areas of Business and Society, Business Communication, and the Internet and Business. He has published scholarly papers nationally within his disciplines; and has been invited to speak at professional conferences, both national and international.
Dr. Satterlee has served as consultant to numerous organizations in areas such as productivity improvement, leadership, technology, and innovation. Other service includes:
• Accreditation site visitation team member for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS).
• College Credit Review Teams as subject matter expert in Advanced Project Management, Leadership, and Management for the American Council on Education (CIA, NASA National Headquarters, NASA Wallops Island Flight Facility, Learning Tree International, Bisk Corporation, United States Army Management Staff College, United States Army Logistics Management College, and the United States Army, Ft. Bliss).
• A number of non-profit and for-profit advisory boards/committees, including: Global Entrepreneurship Institute, CEOexpress.com, International Society for Professionals in E-Commerce, Hunger Education and Resources Training Inc., and Central Florida Regional Center for Manufacturing Productivity.
• Domestic consultant capacities for U.S. Congressman Dave Weldon (15th District Offices – Capitol Hill and Melbourne, FL), Cornerstone University, Shorter College, Institute for Professional Development, Corinthian Colleges, Inc., Covenant College, Keiser College, Delgado Community College, The University of Central Florida, , the Homebuilder’s Association, Tenneco Petro-Chemical Refinery, and University of South Florida.
• International consultant capacities for The NEWLO Institute (Grenada, West Indies), The Social Centre (Dominica, West Indies), and Muffles College (Belize, Central America).
