Doctor Ralph Baeza is an assistant professor in the School of Divinity at Liberty University. He has worked in different Church Congregation positions and ministries during the past forty-six (46) years.
Dr. Baeza completed his Doctor of Ministry program from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary, Lynchburg, Virginia. His doctoral thesis work focuses on Church Ministries to reach professionals in North America metropolises and beyond. Dr. Baeza completed his Doctor of Business Administration from Liberty University School of Business, Lynchburg, Virginia. His doctoral thesis work focuses on desirable leadership characteristics in professional services firms in North America metropolises.
