About
Dr. Ed Hindson was the Dean of the School of Divinity and Distinguished Professor of Religion at Liberty University in Virginia. He held earned doctorates from Trinity Graduate School (Th.D.), Westminster Theological Seminary (D.Min.) and the University of South Africa (D.Phil.). He authored over 40 books, ranging from Philistine archaeology to Puritan theology and biblical eschatology, including the Gold Medallion Award-winning Knowing Jesus Study Bible (Zondervan). Dr. Hindson lectured at Baliol College (Oxford University), the Harvard Divinity School, and numerous evangelical seminaries including Trinity, Dallas, Denver, and Westminster. He taught at Liberty for over 30 years. He passed away July 2, 2022.
