Dr. Fred Milacci is a Professor of Research and Associate Director of the doctor of education program in the Department of Community Care and Counseling (School of Behavioral Sciences) at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. His primary professional interest centers on enhancing the teaching/learning process- particularly in Christian educational and distance learning contexts- via the utilization of principles from the academic discipline of adult education. Pursuant to this interest, Dr. Milacci has served as a consultant to a wide range of educational endeavors in a variety of organizations including churches, community and professional agencies, and institutions of higher learning.
