Jeremy McGinniss is the Associate Dean of Research, Instruction, & Collections at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He received his MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a MA in Humanities from Salve Regina University. He is currently enrolled in the PhD in History at Liberty University. Jeremy has published and presented on the topics of student staff development, critical pedagogy, critical information literacy, philosophy and practice of maintenance, and the ACRL Framework.
Areas of scholarly interest include Cultural Studies, Modernist Studies, Affect Theory, Religious Studies/Theology, Library and Information Studies, Instructional Design and Maintenance Studies.
