About
Dr. Howell was born in Lynchburg, Virginia in December 1969 and joined the faculty at LU in 2003. He has studied the biochemistry of cystic fibrosis since his first Postdoctoral position at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Howell is currently developing a research program here at Liberty. Married to his wife Carla in 1993, he now has three children: Madeleine, Camden and Gillian.
