Lorene Wales

Dr. Lorene Wales is an Associate Professor with over 23 years experience in academia and the film and television industry. Dr. Wales has also authored three textbooks on film production, the most recent, "The Complete Guide to Film & Digital Production: The People and the Process." Her film industry work includes working as a Production Manager, Assistant Director, Producer and Executive Producer on various film and television projects. Her most recent credits are on the feature film, "In-Lawfully Yours" on Netflix and "Paper Football" a short which recently won several film awards. Her teaching and research areas include entertainment law, film marketing and distribution, the business of film and female representation in cinema. She currently teaches film production at Liberty University.
