About
Ron was Liberty’s Vice Provost for the Graduate School and Online Programs and a Professor of Counseling and Practical Theology at Liberty University. He serves on the Executive Board for the American Association of Christian Counselors. He is a pastor, author and frequent presenter at AACC’s regional and national conferences, marriage and family Conferences, and Christian Camps and Men’s Retreats.
Ron has authored “Strengthening Martial Intimacy” and is a contributing author to such recent publications as the “Hope in Winter”, “Totally Sufficient”, “The Complete Marriage Manual”, and “Christian Counseling Today”.
A diploma graduate of Davis Bible College, Ron has a BA from Barrington College, an M. Div. from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, a D. Min. from Westminster Theological Seminary, an Education Specialists degree from Lynchburg College and an Ed. D. from Virginia Tech. Ron and his wife, Peggy, live in Lynchburg, Virginia and are the parents of four children.
