Abstract
A case study, conducted in 2014 that examines the production of a short film at Regent University using a teacher/student mentoring strategy. The article recounts the purpose of the study, research conducted for the study, the extent of student involvement, how methodologies were applied in the classroom (film production set) as well as implications for faculty professional development and promotion.
